In our earliest conversations prior to engaging with Branded, Humani was promised placement in the most prominent publications globally. Admittedly, I thought that might take some time. But in Month 1 I was on the phone with an Axios reporter and, as Humani began to be featured in these publications, I found myself talking to high-caliber outlets multiple times monthly. In these outlets I'm now regularly featured in trending stories relevant to our areas of business.

Challenge

Already established as a human resources consultancy that could wholly handle an organization’s employee management needs, Humani sought to establish brand awareness by commenting on trending stories in the labor sector and featuring this industry leadership in the most well-known business publications. Though ambitious, achieving that goal would differentiate Humani in a highly-competitive space.

Strategy

Given our agency’s experience in the labor sector, the account team successfully leveraged reporter relationships during the first week of the campaign by working with top-tier media outlets on stories that made sense for Humani’s founder and CEO. Given the fast-paced nature of labor sector newscycle, the team leaned into Branded’s “newsroom” approach to quickly spin up story ideas and commentary for relevant breaking news stories.
